Melvin Larry Gahm

Melvin Larry Gahm, age 78 of Bolivar, Missouri passed away on Tuesday morning April 5th 2022 at Mercy hospital in Springfield, Missouri after a courageous fight. He was born April 11th 1943 in Colby, Kansas to Orville and Stella Gahm. He married Sharon Smith on May 7, 1961 in Colby, Kansas. Melvin was a General contractor for 40 years in Colorado and retired in 2005 . He moved to Bolivar, Missouri from Arvada, Colorado in 2007. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Deanne Gahm. Both parents, 8 brothers and 4 sisters. Melvin is survived by his two children. One son, Mitchell A. Gahm of Buena Vista, Colorado, one daughter, Jamie Gregorio and her husband Ron Gregorio. of Waynesville, Missouri. Five grandchildren, Landon, Shelby, Hayley, Katie, and Hayden, 8 great grandchildren, Gavin and Mason, Brooklyn, Blayke, Carson, Cameron, Carter and Wyatt. Services for Melvin will be held Monday, April 11, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will take place the night before from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
